All parents are invited to join the friendly PTFA. Parents meet half termly to talk about ideas and events to raise money for the school. Our meetings are very informal and last for about an hour. We are always looking for new members to join us to help out with fundraising ideas. So if you have any ideas and would like to be part of the PTA please come along to our next meeting.
We raise money for regular projects and events with the support of school staff, parents and children; all have been great successes.

Click and collect pre-loved uniform
We are always looking for ways to improve what we do and our fantastic PTFA have found a great new way to enable pre-loved uniform to be on sale throughout the term, rather than just during sale events. There will now be the facility to order pre-loved uniform and collect it from the school office.
To do this:
• complete and return the order form to admin@st-thomasmore.coventry.sch.uk
• you will be alerted when the order is ready for collection from the school office (if it is available)
• make payment (the correct cash) when you pick up your order from the school office As always, we welcome any donations of good condition, washed uniform that can be added to our stocks of pre-loved uniform.
Help the PTFA when you shop online
The PTFA are also signposting parents to a great website called easyfundraising to help raise money for St Thomas More Catholic Primary School simply by shopping online. Easyfundraising turns your everyday online shopping into FREE donations when you use them to shop with over 7,000 brands such as eBay, John Lewis & Partners, Argos, ASOS and Booking.com. Brands then make a small donation to say ‘thank you’ and easyfundraising gives those free funds to the STM PTFA. Lost Property
Stickins Any items that have been in lost property for longer than half a term are added to the pre-loved uniform stock or disposed of. Please make sure your child's uniform and any other belongings are clearly named, as it is impossible to identify the rightful owner of items when there are over 300 children in the school. A great way of ensuring items are named properly are Stickins. These are waterproof, tumble dryerproof name labels that can be stuck in to uniform and other belongings. When you order them, funds are generated for the PTFA which then comes back into school for the little (and big) extras that the PTFA are brilliant at providing.
